LITERATUREK12 is a website for homeschool parents and teachers to make great literature accessible to students of all ages.

Kristin’s philosophy as a teacher and a homeschool mom is that great works of literature should be introduced at a young age.  Works like Shakespeare, Gilgamesh, the Illiad and the Odyssey should be read (in abridged and adapted forms) in grades K-8 so that when a student reaches high school reading the real work is familiar, easy and rewarding.
